Formed by attorneys David M. Stern, Charles J. Keilty and Susan P. Wall, the law firm of Stern, Keilty & Wall, LLC, has been proud to provide exceptional legal representation to individuals, families and businesses since 1998. Although esteemed partner David Stern passed away in March 2010, the firm carries on his memory with continued dedication to providing excellent service tailored to clients’ individual needs.

- Attorney Charles J. Keilty has practiced law since 1985 and focuses on real estate law. He grew up in Peabody and is a graduate of Bishop Fenwick High School, the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Suffolk University Law School. Outside of his law practice, Chuck devotes his time to numerous organizations, including Special Olympics of Massachusetts and the Georgetown Recreational Path Committee.
- Attorney Susan Wall has practiced law since 1988, concentrating on elder law, estate and special needs planning, and probate administration. Susan grew up in Lynn and graduated from Lynn English High School, Worcester State College and Suffolk University Law School. She also earned a master’s degree in public administration from Northeastern University. Attorney Wall is highly respected in the community as a strong advocate for the legal rights of the elderly. She is also known as an educational speaker and resource among her colleagues, including attorneys, social workers and health care professionals.
